Samantha Bowkett 
Principal Licensee/ Business Owner

Samantha is the Principal Licensee with over 10 years’ experience in the industry.

In 1997, Samantha moved to Brisbane’s Northside, where she started a family and raised her 2 children.

Samantha started her real estate career as a receptionist before moving into sales. Feeling something was missing, her next move was in to property management. This move saw Samantha flourish and become department manager of her team.

Knowing that more could be done, Samantha wanted to see investment owners treated as an important asset, not just another number on the company books. And that’s where iProperty Management Solutions comes from, a family owned and operated boutique property management agency.

Donna Vellacott
Licensee / Business Owner

Donna has primarily had a career in the hospitality sector which has seen her managing a number of elite sporting clubs across Brisbane. Within these roles, she has been responsible for managing large staff numbers, ensuring legislative compliance is up to date and adhered to, records and documents are up to date for auditing as well as complaint handling and resolution with customers.

Owning investment properties herself, Donna understands the importance that communication holds to an investment owner.

Lateesha Bowkett
Property Management Assistant

Although Lateesha is just starting her real estate career, she has grown up living and breathing real estate, watching and learning from her mother from a young age.

After finishing school in 2014, Lateesha continued in her customer service role which saw her achieve 5 years of service before moving into the family business as property management assistant.

She understands that the importance of keeping clients fully informed, along with communication at each step in the process, is the key to ensure the best experience and outcome possible.
